The problem

Launches are planned around the product: the engineering, the factory, the business plan. The brand comes last — a name chosen in a meeting, a logo made in a week, a website rushed for the launch date. Then the market meets a product with no clear story, and the sales team spends the first year explaining what the brand should already say.

In one line
You only launch once. Launch the brand you’ll keep.
Signs it’s time

Three signs your launch needs a brand first.

01

No name — or one you can’t own

The working name stuck. It’s hard to say abroad, impossible to register or already taken online. Changing it after the launch costs far more than choosing it well.

02

It looks like the parent company — or like nothing

A new product line either borrows the old brand and blurs it, or gets an identity of its own that nobody connects to you. Neither is a strategy.

03

Launch day, and nobody finds you

The first buyers will search Google and ask AI assistants before they ever call. A website built the week before the launch, with no SEO or GEO, leaves the field to competitors.

How we work

From the idea to launch day — one clear brand.

  1. 01

    Strategy

    2–4 weeks

Initial interviews with the founders or management, the product team and early clients, one workshop and a deliverable session: who it’s for, why it wins and how it relates to the parent brand.

  2. 02

    Brand identity

    From 2 weeks

Naming if you need it, logo, visual system and tone of voice — designed for the product, the packaging and the screen. Progress sessions and a final presentation. 3D renders or photography add time.

  3. 03

    Website, SEO & GEO

    1–2 months

UX/UI, design and custom development of the launch website — product, story, contact or sales — built to be found by Google and by AI assistants from day one.

  4. 04

    Launch

    Optional

A launch plan with a brand video — sequence, channels and content for launch day and the weeks after: social, campaigns, trade fairs and your sales team.

Case · Bunnker · COAC Award

A brand built from scratch.

Built from the founder’s seat: Cesc Callejas created Bunnker from zero — positioning, identity, art direction, website and digital product — for a company that manages long-stay rentals end to end. And a home recognised by the Architects’ Association of Catalonia (COAC).

FAQ

What we’re asked before a launch.

Do you also create the name?

Yes. Naming is part of our brand work: we propose names that fit the strategy and work in Catalan, Spanish and English, and narrow them down with you. Registration and legal clearance are for your trademark agent — we recommend checking before you fall in love with a name.

Do we have to change our name and logo?

Not necessarily. Often the name carries decades of trust and should stay; what changes is the positioning, the story and how the brand is applied. We recommend a full rebrand only when the strategy shows the current one is holding you back.

How long does it take?

Strategy usually takes 2 weeks to a month, depending on how complex the company is. A rebrand can be done in about 2 weeks. A website takes around a month — two if it is complex or needs a back office. 3D, photography or extra content add time. We work fast: strategy and brand can be ready in little over a month.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the company and the scope. Companies of €1–10M: strategy €2–3k, brand identity €2–3k, website ~€10k. Companies of €10–50M: strategy €4–7k, brand identity €5–10k, website €12–18k. Companies of €50–200M: strategy from €10k, brand identity from €15k (more with 3D, photography or content), website from €20k. A launch plan with a brand video: around €5k, €7–8k for companies of €10–50M and around €10k from €50M. These are guide figures: if your budget is different, tell us — we adapt the scope.

What does the process look like?

Strategy: initial interviews, one workshop and a deliverable session. Brand: time to work, progress sessions and a final presentation. Then UX/UI, design and development, showing you the progress until the result is live. Cesc Callejas leads every project personally.

Do you build on WordPress or Webflow?

No. Templates never quite fit and become expensive to change. We build custom, lightweight websites with simple maintenance — and a custom back office when you need one, which is much faster to work with.

Do you work outside Catalonia?

Yes. We are based in Barcelona and work in Catalan, Spanish and English with companies across Spain and Europe, and with brands that sell worldwide.

Is your brand behind your company?

Tell us where you are. We’ll tell you honestly whether a brand project makes sense now.
