Senior marketing leadership, without a full-time hire.
Many companies reach a point where marketing needs a leader, not another supplier. Agencies execute, the team is junior or stretched, and the CEO ends up making marketing decisions in between everything else. Hiring a senior CMO takes months, costs a lot and is a big bet when you’re not yet sure what the role should be.
You don’t need more marketing. You need someone to lead it.
Three signs you need a CMO — part-time.
The CEO is the marketing department
Every campaign, every agency brief and every website change ends up on the CEO’s desk. Decisions come late, in a hurry and without a plan behind them.
Lots of activity, no direction
Social posts, trade fairs, ads, a new brochure. Each one makes sense; together they don’t add up to a brand, a pipeline or a story buyers remember.
Too early for a full-time CMO
You need senior judgement now, but not yet a full-time senior salary — or you want to define the role properly before you recruit for it.
From diagnosis to hand-over — leadership that leaves a team behind.

What CEOs ask us about a fractional CMO.
How does a fractional CMO work day to day?
Part-time, senior and hands-on. We set the positioning and the plan, lead brand, website and performance, coordinate agencies and suppliers, and work alongside your team — with the same senior people who build the brand. Cesc Callejas, with two decades on both sides of the table, leads it personally. Until you hire your own CMO; then we hand over.
What does the process look like?
Strategy: initial interviews, one workshop and a deliverable session. Brand: time to work, progress sessions and a final presentation. Then UX/UI, design and development, showing you the progress until the result is live. Cesc Callejas leads every project personally.
Do you build on WordPress or Webflow?
No. Templates never quite fit and become expensive to change. We build custom, lightweight websites with simple maintenance — and a custom back office when you need one, which is much faster to work with.
Do you work outside Catalonia?
Yes. We are based in Barcelona and work in Catalan, Spanish and English with companies across Spain and Europe, and with brands that sell worldwide.
Is your brand behind your company?
Tell us where you are. We’ll tell you honestly whether a brand project makes sense now.
